Proper Nouns shudnt be translated, say some friends.
So firstly, i’d like to point out that chinese dnt call these items by the names of noodles and manchurian. if english-speaking guys coined names in english, why cant we sanskrit-speakers coin names in sanskrit?
Secondly, since i am no ‘vaiyyakarana’, i’m just letting my imagination fly. in marathi we call it ‘अकलेचे तारे तोडणे’.

यद्यपि आङ्ग्लैः तस्य खाद्यपदार्थविशिष्टस्य नामकरणं ‘manchu’जनेभ्यः स्वीकृतं मन्ये अहं तत् ’सुषेणेभ्यः’ स्वीकरोमि चेत् तत्र प्रत्यवायो न भवेत्। and dnt tell me that the word isnt ‘सुषेण’, because i got a kick out of pronouncing it as ‘सुषेण’ 
so, starting with सुषेणाः, a manchu will be called सौषेणिः and ‘of manchu=manchurian’ will be सौषेणम्!!!!
